Totally Tropical!

Its not just a can of Lilt that can run with that title!

No, No the Uk, well I'm speaking on behalf of Cornwall here, is like a tropical island atm! The type of place your travel agent might send you for £399 all inclusive. Nice weather and a few pretty fishing villages, but that's basically it! Yesterday I had sun burn, this morning I practically swam to work from my house . . . Random or what?

After searching Google News this afternoon for something to talk about, I was saddened to discovered that 'Mollie Sugden' from Little Britain fame, better known for her roll in 'Are You Being Served' has passed away!

If you've never seen this legendary program, which built some of the foundations in great British comedy, you can still check it out on UK Gold at the weekends!

So after messing my sleeping pattern around yesterday, I found myself wide awake this morning (1am) so trusted ASDA provided me with some time killing! Deciding that investing in a new dvd would be a good idea, I finally bought Angus, Thongs and Snogging . . . . Strange, but I have been meaning to watch it for awhile now.

After two hours worth of the film I can safetly say, it was rather good, although not everybody cup of tea, I can imagine!

I think saying it "Bridget Jones for 15 year olds" is about right, but there are some funny moments, a hot cast and some good British actors. Alan Davis, Karen Taylor and Steve Jones all star in this crazy film which is set in Eastbourn.

The film also has a great soundtrack, not bad for £5!
