Maybe its my profesion, or maybe its my unorganised lifestyle. I'm not sure but whatever it is, I don't eat properly!
Now I know that in 2008 its so easy to be diagnosed with something OTT, next we'll be getting Cancer from star light, but sometimes these boffs and health experts are right. Surely you should take a step back from the mirror once and awhile and ask yourself a few questions??
I was browsing around http://www.teenhelp.org/ recently, which I do often and for a change I had a quick go on the Eating Disorder section. Now tell me who out of people who read this today, eats 5 portions of fruit or veg a day, has a healthy breakfast or even has 3 meals a day???
I struggle to do anyone of them.
Which got me thinking, I do what the industry call, Binge Eat! Basically you skip regular meal times, don't eat all day, then munch out late at night.
Honestly apart from Bourbons with cups of tea, its a petrol station sandwich and some chocolate on the way home from work.
Maybe I'm over reacting, but ask yourself the same questions before you judge my ignorantness!
On a lighter note today, I had to attend my brothers so called parent & teacher day. What a load of BS that was! The 5 minutes spent in the delights of Penrice Community College, consisted of
"Hi I'm Nathan, parents are busy sorry"
"Yeah fine, Ry's good, thanks for coming"
"Cheers then bye"
What was the point?, So you can tick the parent/teacher box on the European funding box, well done!
Although I must say, Penrice being my old school, hasn't changed one bit, apart from the warning signs everywhere, telling you not to 'happy slap' or Youtube your friends. Dear god what has this country come to???
It's cold today and as I write my blog today, outside the sky is awash with yellow and orange colours, wow pretty little Cornwall.
Hmmmm maybe I should lay off the Mills and Boon books for a while??
Uh I hate no money Thursday, I have a whole day off with nothing to do. I spoke to Father today and he was going on about buying another project car before I leave, cutting that fine aren’t we dear???
And I quote,
"I'm not going to buy another one until January time"
Hmmm okay Daddy dear!
